Requirements

• All members interested in applying for a place on an International Exchange Team, must read and sign the International Team Responsibilities.
• All Canadian participants in any International Exchange will be asked to fill out the Participation Agreement.
• All persons interested in being a coach or chaperone for an International Exchange should be familiar with the Responsibilities of the Coach and Chaperone before they apply.
• Anyone applying to be a competitor, coach, or chaperone on an international exchange must have a valid passport that extends at least 3 months past the return date of the exchange, prior to submitting their application.
