ACHIEVEMENTS IN PONY CLUB IN ADULTHOOD:

Coach or chaperone to several National Rally teams. My stable, Unicorn Stables, has hosted Richmond PC now Boundary Bay PC for 15 years.

ACHIEVEMENTS AS A RIDER:

Have been long or short listed for the Canadian Eventing team several times. Several of my students, including Shannon Thompson and Samantha Taylor, have been long listed.

ACHIEVEMENTS AS AN ACCREDITED OFFICIAL

  • I am an EC Level 3 coach, a National Coaching Institute High Performance coach, hold a Masters in Coaching Science, and am a Charter member of the Canadian Professional Coaches Association (the only Equestrian coach).
  • I have served as Chef or Coach for BC Young Riders from 1996 to 2001.
  • I have served on the Horse Trials BC Board. I'm past President of Horse Trials Canada, past Vice Chair of Canadian Eventing, and am current President of Horse Council BC.

Watching kids grow up, learn to ride, become contributing members of their community, both equestrian and world wide. Teaching some of their kids now!
