 To see these documents, you will need Adobe Acrobat which is available free by clicking on this icon. It is about an 8MB download but is well worth it for these and other documents you'll find on the web.
To download a file, simply move your mouse over the document name in column 1, click on it, and wait for the document to display in Acrobat Reader. Please note that your computer may appear to be doing nothing while the document is transferred and that can take several minutes in some cases.
