Cherry Hill Pony Club is entering its second year as a winter riding club after ten years as a summer riding club. We are currently riding in Grandora at Avondale Equestrian Centre with members from Saskatoon, McGee and Donovan. We have six members registered for this year. Our location is ideal for Pony Clubbers from Saskatoon, Asquith, Perdue, Harris and surrounding areas.

Last year we hosted The Alison Ritchie Memorial Trail Ride in honour and memory of Alison and a single schooling show with classes ranging from the cross-rail level for beginners to 3’3” for riders preparing for competition.

This year our members will be involved in the creation and delivery of riding lessons (including doing one for their parents and coach); the development of a Rock Star Jumper programme, a kur and a musical ride. We are striving for fun and education and, if we fail to educate, we will at least have fun.
