Testing

Testing is held to allow riders to demonstrate their skills as they progress through the letter levels offered by the national pony club. Tests are held at a variety of clubs throughout the year and consist of a practical riding and skills demonstration test as well as a written portion. Young riders can attempt to test up each year and over a period of many years can progress from the beginner E thru to A, which demonstrates horse mastership and excellence in skills and knowledge.

For more information on the levels please see the Education and testing page on the Canadian Pony Club site. Testing is found under "What We Do"

For parent and older members wishing to act as examiners the following information is important:

C1's may test D - D1

C2's may test D - D2

B's may test to C

B2's may test to C1
